From a recent interview with Hamodia:
Hamodia: What would you say is your greatest achievement in Loughton?
RYA: We have found that by being pleasant, friendly and trying to behave as role models of mentchen, people’s attitude to authentic Judaism has become much more positive. We have shown people the beauty of Yiddishkeit and enabled them to make their own choices to grow. Many community members have taken small but meaningful steps towards greater observance, whether lighting Shabbos candles, attending shul, participating in a shiur, learning to read Hebrew/leyn/read a haftorah or improve their standard of kashrus. We feel privileged to be ambassadors for Hashem and His Torah.
